A revamped Asus Memo Pad Smart 10 could be on the way

Asus MemoPad Smart 10

Although it was not long since the launch of the memopad Smart 10, it seems that Asus I could already have one in the oven second generation to characteristics far superior. According to Technical specifications filtered, the new model would have a screen Full HD, a processor Snapdragon S4 Pro a 1,5 GHz and a camera at the height of those of the best phablets, with nothing more and nothing less 13 SM.

We do not know if it is due to the fact that it has had an exceptional reception, or on the contrary, that it has gone too unnoticed and Asus has decided to go for a radical registry change, but according to the latest leaks, the Taiwanese are already planning the renewal of their MemoPad Smart 10. The news cannot but be surprising, considering that just three months since it went on sale, but it is not the first time this year that information has arrived from manufacturers willing to accelerate the renewal cycles of some of their models, as we already saw with the Acer Iconia B1.

With regard to the Technical specifications with which this new model of the MemoPad Smart 10, the jump with respect to the original is really spectacular and we would see substantial improvements in quite a few sections: in addition to a screen with resolution 1920 x 1080 and a processor Snapdragon S4 Pro a 1,5 GH, it seems that it could incorporate a camera typical of high-end phablets, with 13 SM. In the RAM memory sections (1 GB) and storage capacity (16 GB expandable via micro-SD), however, there would be no modifications.

Hopefully with these new characteristics the tablet would go up in price, probably quite a bit, although of course it would be great news if Asus decided to keep selling it for about 300 Euros, like the current model. There is also no concrete information on the launch of the new model but, as always, we will be attentive.
