Within the range of tablets that is on the market right now (and among those that will arrive) we can make a series of groups depending on the price for, within a few margins and with a audiovisual given, choose what is most interesting to us. We sort the tablets according to their price to help you decide.

At the moment, most tablets are somewhat prohibitive items, however, as we move towards their generalization, we find ourselves pleasing surprises in the prices of some novelties. Companies that sell content are making a effort for launching cheap tablets, then trying to recoup losses from through distribution of movies, series, music, books or applications. Others may foresee that putting a cheap tablet on sale now means carving out a niche in a market that will lower manufacturing costs and that could be a good investment to medium term.
Tablets for less than € 200
The cheapest tablet that we have notion of is Aakash, we talked about her a few days ago, and it costs only 60€ although in India, students could buy it for about € 30. This device is not for sale in Spain, but soon we will begin to have devices of this type in our country. Maybe at first they are not a real option If we want a tablet that works a bit well, but who knows if they will surprise us in no time.
Among the tablets priced below € 200 there are already interesting things to choose from. Not long ago we made a compilation of four of them: MatrixOne (7 '' for € 106), bq kepler 2 (7 '' for € 169), Ainol Novo Aurora 2 (7 '' for € 127) and Archos carbon (10 '' for € 190). All of them come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Between 200 and 300 €
From € 200 we already have 7 '' devices that represent a safe investment. Nexus 7 is the clearest example. On the other hand, although it will be necessary to see how much the Kindle Fire 2, we intuit that it will be something similar. Even some pretty serious rumors suggest that Microsoft's new tablet, Microsoft Surface, it could go on the market for the same price. All these devices will not take long to reach our country. When they do, we will have taken an important step towards implantation of tablets in Spain.
For just over € 200 we can highlight a couple more tablets, both 7 '': on the one hand, Acer Iconia Tab A110, which has not yet arrived in Spain, will cost about € 220 and will have an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and a micro SD card slot; and, on the other, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, a tablet that has been with us for a few months and costs € 210.
From € 300 upwards
Somewhat more expensive, but already 10 '' we have the full range of Asus Transformer: tablets ranging from € 350 to almost € 600 depending on the model. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 2 and Galaxy Note 10.1 Samsung would be good alternatives. The first (a bit older) sells for about € 400, and the second, which will go on sale in Spain on September 1, will cost € 530.
Finally, at the top is iPad 3 for € 480 the cheapest 16GB model and without 3G, although we can also get hold of iPad 2 for € 400 and it is still a good option if our budget is less. If we are willing to invest to achieve the highest quality, the iPad model with 64GB and 3G costs € 800. On the other hand, we will always have eBay and the hope of catching something interesting and at a good price in a bid.
