This week we changed the tonic of our selection of games byto Android tablets y iPad, to dedicate it to the smallest of the house, now that the vacation and they will have so much free time. Of course, after a certain age, the games that they will like the most will not differ much from the ones we like and we are not likely to go wrong if we opt for some of the most popular puzzle games (being very careful , of course, with in-app purchases), since the vast majority of them have quite childish reasons, as is the case with Angry Birds, Where's my water, Cut the Rope o candy Crush Saga. The same goes for the runner genre, where there are a few very kid-friendly titles, like Temple Run o Gru: Despicable Me. However, there are a few more specific games for children that you may want to take a look at. We start with one of the most popular games on the list, probably, Pou, which is basically a virtual pet (an alien plant, more specific), something that children always like, especially if we do not let them have a real pet (for which, on the other hand, it can be a good training). Of course, we have to take care of her, but we can also customize her appearance and there are several mini-games that you can try.
Explorium: Ocean for Kids
Explorium is one of those games that combine leisure with education, referred to in this case, and as you can imagine from the title, to the aquatic life. In this game we will accompany two children, Alex and Alice in their adventures at the bottom of the sea in search of Atlantis, where we will not only discover more about the undersea world, but also collecting objects to later build our own home there. It also allows parents to participate in the game with their children.

Another perfect game for children because it is dedicated to another of their favorite activities, to draw, and it also does so by stimulating their creativity: throughout 16 animated adventures, our protagonist will need some objects to be successful that the children will have to provide with their drawings. They are also guaranteed a good number of hours of entertainment, since it has more than 100 easy levels and many others with a greater difficulty.

Another game with an educational twist: pizzing offers us a wide collection of puzzles and mini-games that not only allow children to train logic and observation skills, but is thinking so that they do so by becoming familiar with the English on the way. Another genre that never fails with children is that of hidden objects and who better to star in one than Wally, the protagonist of the books that can be said to have been inaugurated long before there were games for mobile devices. Unlike most of the titles in this selection, it also has a social component quite important, maybe something interesting for the slightly older children.

We end with another of the most popular titles on the list, Free Frozen Fall, very similar in its game mechanics to candy Crush Saga (it is also based connect-3 type puzzles), but that has a very important incentive for the little ones: to run in settings of the kingdom of Arendelle and have as protagonists the characters of the super popular animated film of Disney, Frozen.
