Images and information about a most curious touch device from Acer have been leaked. It is a hybrid tablet Windows 8 a really small size compared to what we had seen so far, just 8 inch screen on its diagonal. Despite its size, it can be attached to a keyboard station on one side thanks to a magnetic connection.
We have been a few weeks talking about the possibility to see tablets with Microsoft's operating system arriving soon but smaller than the 10, 11 or 13 inches that we usually see. On the contrary, it is fair to think that the experience on the desktop version of the OS will be a bit complicated at this size.

The leak came from mini machines, but the information had to be withdrawn at the request of Acer itself.

The tablet in question, which has been referred to as Iconia W3, comes equipped with a processor Intel Atom Z2760. So far the information in data, however, from the numerous photos we can draw more conclusions. The kit will come with various accessories. In Windows 8 tablets of the brand this is a guideline and it is sought to give it the greatest possible versatility with various options of use that adapt to different situations. The keyboard that accompanies it is really curious since exceeds the size of the tablet itself, making it clear that it is designed to be used at home or in the office and hence maintaining a more comfortable size for typing.

There is one last photo that leaves us really perplexed by not being accompanied by an official explanation. In it, you can see the tablet vertically supported by another device that, at first glance, we thought it was the keyboard, but looked more closely, it looks like a notebook. It's very intriguing and we wish the device was officially unveiled to be sure. Until then, we can affirm that small Windows 8 tablets already exist.
