This week one of the films of science fiction most anticipated this fall and to accompany their debut we are going to leave you this week a selection with a few of the best of aliens of which we can enjoy on our tablet, a not easy task because the battles against aliens They are a video game classic and the list of titles to choose from is very long. We have tried to take advantage of this, yes, offering you the widest possible variety of both types of creatures and genres (because not everything is to face them gun in hand). These are some of the most interesting that we can find in Google Play and in the App Store.
NOVA 3
Let's start with one of the great classics, which is undoubtedly the saga NEW de Gameloft, inspired, as you know, by the popular Halo. We have said that not everything is shooting against aliens, but if that is exactly what you are looking for, this is one of the best options, with a very careful combat system and high-level graphics. For some time, we have also had a free version, so that we can test our aim and see how passionate we are in the fight to free the Earth from the invaders will cost us nothing.
AVP Evolution
If we are going to talk about aliens there are two unavoidable references in the history of science fiction, which are Alien and Predator. You already know, in addition, that despite their different origins these two powerful creatures have been united forever in the Alien vs Predator saga, which we can also enjoy on our mobile devices thanks to this other game of action, in which the confrontation between the two species continues. Of course, we will be able to choose which of the two sides we want to fight, freeing the aliens or killing their queen.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
Another name that cannot be missing in a selection like this is Star Wars, with the attraction of going a bit out of the usual formula where aliens are the enemy to beat, since here they are on both sides and, in fact, in this classic RPG we are going to have a few fighting with us directly or at least giving us some kind of help. We also have action in abundance here (with lightsaber if we prefer it to pistols, of course), but the story and the interactions with our teammates carry much more weight.
A
Leaving a bit of the field of action games, another essential saga if we want to fight against aliens is Anomaly, although here we are faced with a somewhat peculiar type of extraterrestrial, since they are not organic beings, but machines. All the titles that compose it are strategy games type Tower defense, which are based, as you already know, on preparing defenses that keep us safe from the attacks of the enemy hordes, but in this particular installment, the mechanics are inverted and we are the ones who have to overcome them.
Out There
Even further from the classic formula of games based on killing aliens, we have this Out There, a game survival in which we will play an astronaut who has been cryogenized and wakes up only in a remote part of the galaxy totally unknown to him. In order to survive in this hostile environment, we will have, on the contrary, to familiarize ourselves with the extraterrestrial species that we will encounter, even trade with them, since we will need to obtain all kinds of resources and not all of them will be at our fingertips.
VEGA Conflict
We end with another strategy game (in this case it is a more common real-time online strategy game, more in the line of Clash of Clans) and not in which we fight aliens again, although we have reserved as an extra on this list because the fight actually centers on fleets of spaceships at our orders and theirs, and there isn't much direct contact with the aliens themselves. We cannot resist to mention also before finishing, more in this line of air combat but with more action and less strategy, Galaxy on Fire 2.
