The weekly top 5 list of the best new free Android games arrives, as expected, with the latest from Pro Evolution Soccer and Pokémon leading the way, but if neither of those franchises is your thing, don't worry because we have several other titles to recommend you try.
PES 2017
Although the season is drawing to a close, football fans can at least take comfort in the fact that they can turn to their tablets and smartphones to continue enjoying the game a little longer with a new installment: the latest Pro Evolution Soccer . As with every year, improvements have been made to the graphics, physics, and controls, more official licenses have been added, and, of course, there's the opportunity to test our skills against other users.
Pokemon Magikarp Jump
Don't expect anything like Pokémon GO or a version of the classic video games, but Magikarp Jump is definitely worth giving a chance if you're a fan of the franchise, keeping in mind, as we said, that it's just an arcade game , extremely simple but fun, to pass some entertaining downtime, making the famous Pokémon jump for joy.
Zombie Gunship Survival
If you're tired of killing zombies in every way imaginable and it seems to be losing its appeal, you can try doing it from a fighter jet with the new Zombie Gunship Survival . While it's not the most common approach in this type of game, it has to be said that it seems like the best strategy for facing these creatures. It's also a good option for those who enjoy aerial combat games , regardless of the objective.
Yellow
For those looking for something more relaxed but with a bit more of a challenge than the new Pokémon game, our recommendation this week is Yellow , a rather original puzzle game where the unifying element is more the color yellow , which of course predominates in the graphics, than the gameplay mechanics themselves, since the puzzles presented to us have their own objectives and are all solved differently, following their own logic.
Grow Empire: Rome
We conclude with the latest online strategy game trending in the genre, which, as its title clearly states, invites us to lead our own republic on the Italian peninsula and challenges us to transform it into a true empire , dominating all the others around us. Nothing unexpected in terms of gameplay mechanics; our objective, as usual, is to build defenses, improve our armies, and form alliances.
More free games for Android
If our top 5 list isn't enough for you and you want to discover more Android games to try on your tablet, stay tuned because we keep you informed about the most interesting releases, and among them are always games that we can download for free.
