The great success of iOS, Worms 2: Armageddon finally comes to Android. Almost three years late, this fun game comes to the screen of android tablets and mobiles, although better late than never and more when we talk about a classic. The game's approach is the same as that saga that we could enjoy on PC at the end of the 90s. Since the launch of the first title in 94, we have seen numerous sequels and on different platforms. It was about time to hit us on Android.
This game is actually inspired by an even older one called Lemmings which is, in fact, rumored to be coming to iOS soon. In any case, in this installment for Android we do not find many differences with the version for Apple's operating system except for some weapons and customization options.
As you know it is a turn based strategy game, that is, once you have made your move you have to wait for the enemy to act and then it will touch you again.
In the single player story mode you can go through five different worlds with 6 phases each. Then if you want to play against other people you can do it with up to three other people over the internet or on your local WiFi network in the multiplayer mode.
Hay many game modes available, up to 12, which modify the weapons and the starting points of the combats, it is interesting to explore them all and in their different levels of difficulty. In turn there are many customization options for your team of worms obtainable in the application store with the money you earn in the different missions. That way you can give the game a lot more travel.
The game is great, the only possible downside is the price 3,99 euros. It would be cheap if we compare it to PC or console games but it is a bit above the average for Android.
