The emergence of the selfie phenomenon has revolutionized the world of photography. For many, this statement may seem excessive, but it is not so much if we consider that in the consumer electronics sector, many manufacturers have chosen to improve their image performance and the quality of their cameras. In particular, the frontal ones, to offer a better experience to a group made up of millions of users, especially young people, who consider these features to be one of the most important.
To these advances in lenses, we must add the emergence of a multitude of applications and platforms of all kinds, ranging from collage creation to semi-professional image editing. Below, we present YouCam Fun , one of these tools that aims to transform the way thousands of people take their best selfies.
Operation
YouCam Fun is a treasure trove of filters and effects designed to enhance selfies . This platform allows you to edit faces in real time, at first glance. However, it also boasts a catalog of backgrounds and various modes, such as automatic facial recognition and a beauty mode designed to remove noise and other unwanted elements from each photo. The social networking component is also important, as is typical with these types of apps, allowing you to share all these features with your friends.
Tags and video
In addition to the features we mentioned earlier, we should add others such as the incorporation of tags, stickers, and text , like jokes, into each edit. It also includes the ability to modify not only photos but also videos. All these changes can be made quickly, with the option to save the originals and revert all editing processes.
Free?
YouCam Fun is free to use . However, its download numbers are low compared to other similar platforms, as it hasn't managed to surpass half a million users. Despite being well-received, it has also received criticism for aspects such as the appearance of watermarks on most filters, and for large file sizes that, in some cases, quickly fill up device memory.
