YouTube has been updated to improve the experience of its users in Android tablets. The application now has a new user interface for 10 inch tablets whether we enter the Google video service from the Android application or from the browser from any type of tablet.
A week ago the application was updated for iOS bringing support for the iPhone 5 and iPad 4 screens. In addition, they showed the detail that we see today in the browser and on Android tablets, we talk about the channel guide that gives you access to your favorite channels and recommends new ones based on your interests.
The announcement was made today from the account of Google+ from Youtube and in that post we were shown a photo of how it would look on a Motorola Xoom tablet. For the mobile application they have not only brought this renewal in the user interface for tablets but they have fixed some problems or bugs to make it work better. However, we are seeing in the comments on Google Play people who it's not working well at all with problems when entering your account, to go to full screen mode and to choose the option in HD. Although we already know that the problem of Android fragmentation always bring these things and that the situation will be pacified little by little as the application developers acquire feedback.
Regarding the version for mobile browser (www.m.youtube.com) we will see controls to export the image of our favorite videos to other screens, in the case that we connect the tablet to a television or a larger monitor. There are people who prefer to enter from here for a certain comfort when browsing and it is good that the aspect is quite integrated. In fact, with that same idea the desktop interface was renewed and now they all look a bit more alike.
